1. Product Overview

AHT21B is geared up with a recently designed ASIC dedicated chip, an enhanced MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensor port, and an actual on-chip temperature sensing unit element. Its performance has been considerably improved and even beyond the reliability level of the previous generation of the sensor, which makes it more steady in severe conditions. Each sensing unit had been carefully calibrated and evaluated. Due to the improvement and miniaturization of the sensors, it is more cost-effective.
