AFD4 Series Vortex Liquid Flowmeter

1.Product summary

ASAIR AFD4 series is a water flow sensor based on the Karman vortex principle. Under certain conditions, when a fluid with a certain volume flow flows around the spoiler, two linear vortices with opposite rotation direction and regular arrangement will periodically form on both sides of the spoiler column, forming Karman vortex street. Sensors measure the flow of liquid through the pipe by sensing how fast or slow the vortex is flowing through the internal chip. With long service life, resistance to contamination, high accuracy, fast response and no drift, the sensors are ideal for demanding and cost-sensitive OEM applications.
