The AFG1 series is a high-precision gear-type liquid flow sensor designed based on the standard volumetric principle. Its core structure consists of a pair of precision-meshed gear rotors, forming fixed standard volumetric units between the gears and the chamber. By calculating the number of times fluid passes through the standard volume per unit time, it achieves precise flow measurement. Employing positive displacement technology, the sensor utilizes fluid pressure to drive the gears’ rotation. This rotation synchronously moves magnetic poles, which are scanned by non-contact Hall sensors. The continuous rotation of the gears generates a pulse frequency signal proportional to flow rate, ultimately converting it into precise flow values. With its high accuracy, stability, and reliability, the AFG1 series stands as an ideal choice for volumetric flow measurement in industrial applications, widely deployed in scenarios requiring precise flow monitoring.
