1.Product summary:

The AFG2 series is a high precision geared liquid flow sensor designed on the standard volumetric principle. Its core structure consists of a pair of precision meshing gear rotors, with a fixed standard volume unit formed between the gears and the chamber. Accurate measurement of flow is achieved by counting the number of times the fluid passes through the standard volume per unit of time. The sensor uses the positive displacement principle, where the fluid drives the gears to rotate, and the rotation of the gears drives the synchronized movement of the magnetic poles, which in turn is scanned by a non-contact Hall sensor. The continuous rotation of the gear generates a pulse frequency signal proportional to the flow rate, which is eventually converted into an accurate flow value.
